Sevim Kalyoncu is the Executive Director of Green Muslims, a Washington D.C.-based nonprofit empowering the Muslim community to deepen its relationship with nature through faith-informed environmental stewardship. With a B.S. from Georgetown University and a master’s from the University of Chicago, she blends her nonprofit experience, naturalist training, and spiritual insight to lead outdoor education, youth programs, and climate action rooted in Islamic values.
