She also played a pivotal role in the sale of Alfresco to Hyland Software and Paycor to Apax Partners. At Sparta Systems, she led two successful recapitalizations, doubling EBITDA in four years by aligning legal strategy with the value creation objectives of senior leadership teams and their PE owners.
